Find a way to laugh. Bring up those hormones, bring up those feelings. Bring up those chemicals in your body and get drunk in laughter. That’s a nice way to get drunk, because you will fill your body with all these happy hormones and endorphins and happy chemicals that will make you higher your vibration.
And you will feel the tingling in every single cell in your body. Don’t forget to laugh.
Laugh at silly humor. Find something to make you laugh. Do it on your own or with somebody else. Spend time with friends and laugh and make that the focus.
Laugh with everything that brings you joy, everything that brings you an honest laughter. Take it. Indulge yourself in this strike of happiness and silly doing, and laugh. Your body will be grateful to you for that. Your skin will be much nicer and tighter, and firm. Your hair will be shinier and more luscious. Your eyes will be clearer, with more light. Your energy will glow. People will see you. You’re going to shine.
Take the medicine of laughter in this month of October, no matter what, as if you were to eat a chocolate or have a cocktail, instead, be on your own or with family or friends, loved ones, with your pets and have a laugh.
It’s a very intelligent remedy. It’s a very smart medicine. Something wonderful to make you laugh.
