Go and spend time in nature.
To spend time in nature is not only a thing that you could call a fad or a fashion thing. You spend way too much time behind closed doors, in between constructions and buildings and objects that are made from nature, but are not nature itself, that are not vibrating at the level that the consciousness of yourself vibrates with. Spend time in nature.
If you can go to the beach and put your feet in the sand, feel the sand, feel the energy coming up your body from Earth, feel how it’s refreshing you, cleansing you, energizing you, recycling you and give thanks.
And every time you feel heavy or burdened, go to your nearest park. Sit there, touch the plants, the trees. If you can walk barefoot in the grass or just stand still and just stay for a little bit, you see, you are made of nature. You are made of earth.
You need to tune yourself and use Gaia like a tuning fork to keep yourself in line and aligned with your highest energy. Gaia is a loving mother, a very resilient one. When you feel that you can’t anymore, go to the nature. Spend time there, one on one.
Or if you want to go with more people keep your electronic devices either away or in your pockets and don’t pull them out. Just use your eyes to enjoy the perfect nature that surrounds you. Breathe that air. Listen to the wind going through the leaves of the trees. Realize how this is so much better than being inside a concrete box in front of a screen, looking at nature on a screen instead of being out there, with the energy that really and truly supports you.
Nature has all the remedies for your life, for your body. Nature has all the wisdom. Nature has the vibe that will help you heal, that will keep you sane, whether it’s mountain or beach or a park.
And if you don’t have any of that around, have a plant in your house. And look and meditate with that plant. Observe it, feel it alive, feel its energy and how amazing it is that out of the air, somehow, the plant has a system that allows it to get the energy it needs in order to grow and thrive.
Look at every crack in the concrete where flowers and grass is growing. Nature doesn’t care about structure. Nature has its own way. Nature is like a river, like the river of your consciousness.
It is time to go back to nature and spend time with her. And spend time observing, enjoying, listening and rejoicing in the perfection and the beauty of this home that you were born into, your beautiful planet Earth.
