Shunguite + Black Tourmaline

One protection tip to keep in mind is that all black stones can be used for energetic protection purposes.

Today I wanted to address two of them.

Shunguite: This is not a crystal, it is a mineral, and it is being studied for its interesting “ability” to regenerate damaged circuits in biological matter. In terms of energy and protection, this mineral helps to defuse electromagnetic frequencies, bringing harmony to any unstable situation or space and transmuting negative energies into a lighter, more transparent type of vibrations. It is a good stone for anybody who’s recovering from illness or surgery.

Black tourmaline: This crystal is mainly used as a protector for people that work with energy healing. This stone can attract and send right back into Earth any dense energies, hence, being fantastic for transmuting energy. Also good to use in stressful situations.

How can we use these stones in our everyday life?

We can wear them as jewelry (bracelets, necklaces, rings, earrings, etc.), we can carry them in our pockets if they are small, or create critical chains to always have them with us.

At home, you can hide them inside decoration or place them in the corners of your home, making sure they stay out of the reach of children and pets. You can also do this in your office or workspace, placing the stones inside drawers or decorations.

If you practice Reiki, you can hold the stone with the leading hand that the energy is flowing towards you and ask to receive all the stone/crystal/mineral benefits.

If you have an ache or pain in your body, you can place the stone over the area affected and ask for the stone’s healing energies to help you rebalance your body, liberating you of pain.

With love,
